Paramount offers a variety of surgical guide services and uses premium design softwares such as CoDiagnostix, DTX Studio, and RealGuide to provide the best possible plans to our doctors. Each case includes a free review of the treatment plan which can be done as a live, virtual session or sent as a pre-recorded video.


We Offer:

  • Tooth-Borne Guides

    • Fully guided: Includes correct diameter, depth, and angle

    • Pilot guided (tooth-supported only): Only includes the angle

  • Tissue-Borne Guides

    • Dual-Scan protocol required. 

  • Surgical Stents: Thermoformed guard to be drilled through (CBCT not required required) 


Also available:

Healing provisionals like temporary implant crowns, custom healing abutments, essix retainers, acrylic partials, and immediate full dentures.

 
 

Required scans to send:

  • Intraoral scans of the upper and lower arches and bite scan

    • These can be sent through your scanner or submitted as .stl files

  • CBCT of relevant jaw in DICOM or .dcm formatting

    • Click here for instructions on how to export your CBCT scan

    • Dual Scan Protocols are required for Tissue-Borne Guides. If the denture has a metal substructure, soft tissue separation technique is also required.
