At Paramount, we use authentic custom abutments from originally manufactured parts. We design the crown and abutment in-house, mill the crown in-house, and send the abutment design to be milled by the implant manufacturer (Nobel, Straumann etc). Their abutments are milled from top quality titanium mills, yielding optimal fit and longevity. Of course, we also have the ability to do in-house parts, too.
