Overview
These Shipping Terms describe how Paramount Dental Studio sends finished cases and how practices send physical impressions to us. They apply to United States orders only and may change at any time without prior notice. Additional legal terms, including risk of loss, are in our Terms and Conditions.
Where we ship
- Standard shipping is available nationwide in the United States.
- International shipping is not offered.
Outbound shipping
We cover outbound shipping of finished cases. Outbound boxes ship UPS Next Day Air Saver at a flat rate of $9.95 per box. Multiple units are combined into one box whenever possible.
Shipping terms are EXW Huntington Beach, CA (Incoterms 2010). Title and risk pass to you when the carrier takes possession. Report damaged or missing items within 5 days of receipt.
Inbound physical cases
For inbound physical impressions and other materials you ship to the lab, create a FedEx label or schedule a pickup. Case photos and digital files can be emailed to admin@paramountdentalstudio.com. Step-by-step scanner and shipping instructions are on our Send a Case page.
Order cutoff
Orders placed after 12:00pm PT / 3:00pm ET are processed the next business day.
Changes
These terms may change at any time without prior notice. The version posted on this page applies to shipments made after the update.
