FAQs for new clients

  • Yes! We specialize in digital dentistry. Use your scanner for every case, whether for implants, partial dentures, occlusal guards, or full dentures!

  • No - we’re a full-service lab specializing in digital dentistry, however, we work with physical impressions as well.

    If you are new to digital dentistry, we can help you get started. Schedule a call here to discuss switching to digital!

  • For digital cases, add us to your scanner. Scanner-specific instructions can be found here.

    For physical cases, email us at admin@paramountdentalstudio.com and we will send shipping materials directly to your practice. You can download lab slips by visiting our “Send A Case” page and scrolling to “Physical Impressions.”

FAQs for active clients

  • You can now make and print your own labels on demand! Visit the "Send a case" tab on our website and hit "Create a shipping label."

    You can also request we mail you shipping supplies by calling or emailing us.

  • You can schedule a UPS pickup on our “Send A Case” page under the “Physical Impressions” section, or by emailing admin@paramountdentalstudio.com.

    Please request your pick-up at least 3 hours before the end of your business day for same-day service.

    Our head lab technician, Philip Kim, and clinical director, Dr. Kyle Stanley, offer weekly Office Hours to go over your cases and lab work questions. Sign up for a free one-on-one session every Friday from 12-4 pm PT here.

  • Yes! We specialize in digital dentistry. Use your scanner for every case, whether for partial dentures, full dentures, implants or occlusal guards!

  • Our product pages have information about our materials. You can sign up to speak with a lab work expert.

  • Our Comfort Printed Occlusal Guards are made from top-of-the-line KeySplint resin known for its combination of strength and flexibility.

    Our traditional thermoformed Occlusal Guards come in Hard/Soft, Hard, and Soft and are made from Erkodent Erkoloc-pro, Erkodent Erkodur, and Erkodent Erkoflex (3mm), respectively.

  • We offer Partial Dentures, Full Digital Dentures, copy/reference existing dentures, and immediate dentures. You can choose between our Value, Premium (recommended), and Ultimate tiers to find the best material for your cases. Learn more here.
