Treatment Planning Subscription
Paramount offers unlimited Implant Treatment Plans. Our experts help plan restoratively-driven cases with more predictable results, while facilitating communication between Oral Surgeons and General Dentists.
Subscription Includes:
Unlimited implant treatment plans*
Expert consultation with our Director of Implant Surgery
Design templates for abutment and crown
Plan for surgical protocol, implant type, retention type, and more, distributed to Oral Surgeon and General Dentist
How It Works:
Submit unlimited Surgical Plan cases each month through our Submission Form, with CBCT and STLs attached.
Our Director of Implant Surgery will offer a free one-on-one consultation on each case, at your convenience. You can schedule that here.
You and your case partners will receive a treatment plan report showing implant model, size, positioning in relation to surrounding vital structures, inclination and emergence, surgical protocol, abutment and virtual crown design. You can receive this as a pre-recorded video, a direct link to our planning software should you wish to make adjustments, a live meeting, or a PDF export of the protocol. See a sample plan here.
Choose to proceed with a Surgical Guide, custom healing abutment, or temporary abutment and crown with us if you wish (Price not included).
Once the patient heals, achieve a seamless final restoration.
