Abutments
At Paramount, we use authentic custom abutments from originally manufactured parts. We design the crown and abutment in-house, mill the crown in-house, and send the abutment design to be milled by the implant manufacturer (Nobel, Straumann etc). Their abutments are milled from top quality titanium mills, yielding optimal fit and longevity. We also have the ability to do in-house parts.

Occlusal Guards
Paramount's occlusal guards have a superior fit, are extremely consistent, and guarantee happier patients. On all of our occlusal guard cases, we employ senior-level lab techs with a deep understanding of the principles of occlusion.
3D printing using Carbon printers yields highly accurate occlusal guards that require fewer chairside adjustments. 3D printing precision is measured in microns, whereas traditional thermoforming can have variations measured in millimeters.
